Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions for the coaching programs offered by Coach Ever (Everardo Recendiz).

Our Commitment

Coach Ever (Everardo Recendiz) is dedicated to providing you with guidance, direction, and program materials to support you in your business. Our goal is to educate, train, and motivate you to develop the lifelong ability to run a successful business. We may occasionally modify the program’s content or structure to ensure it continues to provide excellent value.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You are primarily responsible for achieving the results in the program. Our services are not advisory; therefore, you are solely responsible for how you use and implement them in your business. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold your Coach harmless from any loss, cost, or expense that results from your activities related to the program.

Program Materials and Intellectual Property

Confidentiality

The program materials you receive are confidential and proprietary. They cannot be used, disclosed, or duplicated outside of your own company.

Copyright

These materials are published works protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, adaptation, distribution, storage, or display is not permitted.

Scheduling and Meetings

Consultations

Your program includes a specific number of meetings with your coach. Consultations can be rescheduled, although this may affect the availability of your preferred times. If you need to reschedule a meeting, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the consultation and any related guarantee conditions.

Coach’s Availability

Throughout the year, there are four weeks during which you and/or your coach may engage in other activities. Your coach is required to attend educational workshops and take vacations, and consultations will be scheduled around these times.

Performance and Satisfaction

We will periodically evaluate your progress through goal-setting consultations. We will also ask you to assess our performance by completing a Monthly Questionnaire to certify that you are satisfied with the services you have received. If you are not fully satisfied at any point, we encourage you to let us know so we can work with you to address your concerns.

17-Week / 7-Point Guarantee

The terms of the 17-Week / 7-Point Guarantee are part of this agreement. This guarantee is limited to a 17-week period starting from your first one-on-one mentoring session. To qualify, you must have completed 17 consecutive coaching sessions and implemented all agreed-upon strategies and homework.

Results are measured by the value increase in the agreed-upon area of Time, Team, or Money from week 1 to week 17. In the unlikely event that you do not achieve any results by the 17th week, we will continue the coaching sessions for free until the goal is met. The guarantee cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund of mentoring fees.

General Provisions

Termination

You or your Coach may choose to terminate this agreement at any time with thirty days’ written notice.

Coach Substitution

Coach Ever (Everardo Recendiz) reserves the right to replace your business coach with another if it is deemed necessary.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the achievement of results within the 17-week period, Coach Ever (Everardo Recendiz) will review all available information, and its decision will be final and binding. All dispute notices must be delivered to the company’s official address.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and your Coach. All prior agreements, promises, or representations are merged herein.

Taxes

If any law imposes a change in taxes (such as consumption, value-added, or similar taxes) on the fees paid by the client, these additional costs are payable by the client to the business coach when due.
